Breidden Woods

On our way up to Rodney's Pillar last week we walked through the Breidden Woods.
In this area there is apparently an Iron age hill fort with connections to Caractacus. Although I didn't see it (maybe I should have looked harder).
Hope you enjoy the few pics I took

Your pics are beautiful

A grand set Jim. I often see forts and other antiquities on maps. Rarely find them.

...love the trees with the moss growing all over them. It looks like they could pick themselves up and walk to the other side of the forest. Unique looking!

Very nice series of pictures, they have a bit of an eerie feeling but that could just be me!

Sunny: Now that you mention it I think you're right they are a bit eerie.
